Hi Zijing, thank you for posting and this is a great article!

May I ask how is this statement different from the second false interpretation? I understand that mean of the population is a fixed value, and confidence interval happens because of the randomness of drawing samples. How is the statement of "95% of the time true test mean is between 75 and 85" different from "95% chance true test mean is between 75 and 85"?
